JINMENG W-SMC Manhole Cover Introduction
The products are produced through forming a high-density whole by high-temperature molding with high-strength W-SMC Sheet molding plastics (under the patent application number of 200910095562.5) being the base material. The products are shaped like iron plates with a hard texture, and have made up for the defect of BMC reinforced products for inconformity with testing load. The loads of the products have met the requirements of GB/T23858-2009 standard through verification by the state authentic departments with its maximum load reaching 900KN. In addition, we have EN124 report and CE certificate, ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certificates respectively. At present, the products have been widely used in inspection wells of power, telecommunication, mobile communication, fuel gas pipes and chemical bases etc., and real estates, urban arteries, high-grade highways, expressways, freight transport piers and airports etc..

1). The high load and not use steel
Our company W-SMC manhole covers can load A15-F600(1.5----60tons) according to EN124. And there is no steel in our covers, but the load is enough as customers’ requirements.
2).Longevity
Desirable shock-resistance; anti-bending strength; high abrasion resistance; high erosion resistance; desirable breakage security; anti-aging properties. The W-SMC manhole can used 45 years at least.
3).Artistic appearance
Rich colours; smooth appearance; the colour of covers can keep lasted.
4). Moderate price and light weight
Compared with cast iron ones, the weight of compound manhole cover is lighter so that it is convenient to install, transport. The price of compound manhole cover is lower than the same specification cast iron ones.
5). Against theft
The compound manhole covers have little value of recycling, thus completely solving the problems caused by theft.
